Steve R. Golove Vice President

Mr. Golove is a Vice President with Sonnenblick-Eichner Company. His responsibilities include the management, origination, and placement of institutional quality debt and equity, joint ventures, and investment sales of commercial real estate on behalf of the firm's clients. Prior to joining Sonnenblick-Eichner Company, he was employed as a Director of Project Finance with Hilton Hotels Corporation, where he served as its representative in their joint venture partnerships of over $2 billion of domestic hotel investments. Prior to his tenure with Hilton Hotels, Mr. Golove worked in New York with the Manhattan-based Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation, where he negotiated and managed the closing of over $3.5 billion of senior, mezzanine, and construction loan transactions on behalf the firm's clients. Mr. Golove began his real estate career with PNC Bank's Commercial Real Estate Finance group, where he was formally credit trained and worked within the new business development and underwriting unit of the bank.

Mr. Golove earned his Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Penn State University in 2001 and received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta in 1994. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts.
